Like if someone is depressed don’t just be like ‘be happy it’s that easy’
because you know what it isn’t
it’s like a fucking disease that just creeps on you even when you think it’s gone
you could be happy for a little and it just snaps and boom you’re back
so don’t try and tell someone to just snap out of it
because if you were in the same fucking situation you would actually fucking understand
